Payment By Check

MAKE CHECK PAYABLE TO: ROBERT ELKJER

1. Don't use the "order" buttons (they are for PayPal payment only)
2. Calculate the total for everything you'd like to purchase (prices in catalog).
3. Add shipping charge to your total, according to these rates:

USA: $3 (for one item.  Add $1 for each additional item).
Canada, Mexico: $5 (for one item.  Add $1 for each additional item).
Overseas (Europe, Japan, etc):  $9 (for one item.  Add $2 for each additional item).

4. Mail us your name and address, check or money order, and which items you would like to order.

Express Mail (USA/Canada):  add  $17 to your shipping calculation. Shipping time is 1-2 days after receipt of check.
International: money order only (no personal checks).
